  • What is your Dispatch time?
    Although I try and get straight onto your orders and often dispatch earlier, I would recommend allowing 2-5 full working days from the order date until the items are posted out. This applies to most items unless stated otherwise. Commissions and resin based products may require longer. Dispatch times may increase during busy times of the year so please bear this in mind. My items are all made to order.
  • What are the Delivery times?
    I usually dispatch all UK orders using the Tracked 48hr Service from Royal Mail or a similar provider. They estimate parcels usually arrive within 2-4 working days from dispatch. For USA and UAE orders I usually dispatch using the Tracked International Service from Royal Mail. With this service they estimate arrivals with this service within 5-7 working days however I would recommend allowing 2-3 weeks as sometimes items can move slowly through customs. Please allow extra time around Christmas, bank holidays, peak periods and during known postal strikes etc. I have no control over your parcel's arrival once it has been handed to the delivery company but with Tracking we can trace its journey til it reaches you safely!
  • What Payment Methods do you accept?
    Currently I accept the following payment methods: Debit / Credit Card Apple Pay Google Pay
  • Why should I subscribe to The Inker's Boudoir?
    You should totally subscribe to The Inker's newsletter if you would like to be the first to hear about new items I've added to the shop, members-only special offers, Digital Delights, the occasional behind-the-scenes technique sneak peaks or essential shop updates/greetings! I respect your space and I'm usually very busy in my little studio so you never need to worry about having your inbox flooded! That's not my style ; )
  • Where are you based?
    I am located in the South East of England on the outskirts of London. All my items are despatched from here at my little art studio.
  • How do I apply your vinyl decals?
    When you purchase one of my vinyl decals you will receive a print-out with instructions. If you misplace this you can download or print out a replacement guide by locating the relevant PDF on my Resources page which can be found on the main menu.
  • How do you make your products?
    I use a variety of techniques and processes to create the items I sell. I use a permanent heat transfer process called Sublimation printing to produce my mugs, mouse mats, phone cases and coasters amongst other items. I also work with resin in many products such as my keyring, signs, accessories and some of my phone cases. I have a cutting machine which I use to turn my designs into vinyl decals and graphics for fabric items. I do a lot of my design work and illustration with pen and paper as well as digitally on my iPad. Privacy Policy

The privacy of my customers is of the utmost importance to me. Your details will not be shared or disclosed. Any personal information you provide will be used ONLY for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy

All items are designed, made, quality checked and hand packaged by me. I use good quality materials and packaging to ensure items reach you safely and tracked delivery to your property add peace of mind.


In the unfortunate event there is a problem with your order please get in touch upon receipt of the parcel, providing photos of the item and all packaging. Please include photos of postage labels as well as your name, address and a description of the problem. I will look into this for you and of course try and find a resolution as swiftly as I can. Please do not return any items until it has been authorised by me.

Please note, as I am an individual artist running a made-to-order service, my time and materials are invested upfront when I produce your order. I do not operate a 'ready to ship' stockroom therefore I cannot simply add items back to the shelf, especially as the majority of my items are also customised.

For these reasons, as I am sure you will understand,  I DO NOT offer refunds or returns for the following:

  • Unfaulty Items.

  • Custom or Personalised items.

  • Any Digital products - unless faulty.

  • Accidental orders by yourself or a child.

  • Items with spelling mistakes that you have submitted with your order.

  • Items missing or stolen from your property post-delivery.

 
I put love into every item I make and I want you to love the items you receive. If you do experience a problem, even if it doesn't necessarily qualify for a replacement or return, you can still pop me a message and I will advise where I can.
